Every journey has a weight. At that green store, we take responsibility for ours by providing 100% carbon-offset shipping on every order. We invest in certified carbon-removal projects to balance the scales of every delivery, ensuring your order arrives with a clear conscience.
Overview
We curate products from a collective of conscious brand partners. To minimize our footprint and ensure the freshest selection, your items are shipped directly from the artisans and vendors that create them.
Shipping Destinations & Flat Rates
We currently ship to the following European destinations. Regardless of how many different brand partners you order from, you will only pay one flat shipping rate per order.

Free shipping thresholds vary by brand and destination. Check each brand's collection page for specific free shipping offers.
Free Shipping — Kotto
All products from our Kotto collection ship completely free to all 15 destinations listed above — no minimum order required. If your order includes items from other brand partners alongside Kotto products, the standard flat shipping rate will apply to those items. You'll see a clear breakdown at checkout.
Multi-Vendor Fulfillment
As a multi-brand boutique, your order may arrive in separate packages. This allows us to ship directly from each vendor, reducing unnecessary detour stops at a central warehouse. Some items, including our exclusive t-shirt designs, are crafted to order at our that green store atelier and may take up to 12 business days to arrive.
Processing: Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Nordics & Baltics: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your items begin their journey, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order includes pieces from different partners, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Uncollected Packages
For orders delivered to pickup points, please ensure you collect your package within the carrier's specified timeframe. Packages returned to our vendors due to non-collection may incur a return fee, which will be deducted from any potential refund.
Returns & Damage
While we offset the carbon for outgoing shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thatgreenstore.com as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product. Claim timeframes may vary depending on the brand — we recommend getting in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.
